Community Guidelines

Purpose

Chuapi was created to encourage intentional, respectful connections. These guidelines describe the standards of conduct we expect from every person on the platform. Violating these guidelines can result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

These guidelines apply to all content and interactions on Chuapi, including profile information, photos, messages, and any behavior — online or offline — that originates from or is reported in connection with your use of the platform.

Be Authentic

Chuapi is designed for genuine interaction. Represent yourself honestly.

• Use your real name, real photos, and truthful profile information
• Do not misrepresent your age, physical appearance, location, or relationship status
• Do not create or use accounts on behalf of someone else
• Fake, impersonating, or duplicate profiles may be removed without notice

Be Respectful

Every user on Chuapi deserves to be treated with dignity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or repeated unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Threats of violence or physical harm — explicit or implied
• Sharing or threatening to share someone's private information without their consent (doxxing)
• Sexual harassment, unsolicited explicit messages, or pressuring others for intimate content

Photo & Content Standards

Profile photos must clearly show your face and represent how you currently look. The following are not permitted in profile photos or in any content shared on the platform:

• Nudity or sexually explicit imagery
• Content depicting or sexualizing minors in any way
• Images of violence, gore, or graphic harm
• Photos that are not of you (celebrities, stock images, cartoons)
• Watermarks or contact information in profile photos
• Content that promotes illegal activity or substances

No Exploitation

• Scams, phishing, or financial exploitation of other users
• Requesting money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial assistance from matches
• Manipulation, gaslighting, or psychological pressure tactics
• Unauthorized marketing, advertising, or solicitation of any kind
• Recruiting for multi-level marketing or other commercial schemes

No Harmful or Illegal Content

• Content promoting, glorifying, or facilitating violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• Sexual exploitation or trafficking-related content of any kind
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Sharing or distributing someone else's private or intimate images without consent
• Coordinating offline illegal activity through the platform

No Platform Manipulation

• Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the platform or other users
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate match results, evade a ban, or misrepresent yourself
• Attempting to reverse engineer, tamper with, or exploit any part of the Service
• Coordinating with others to mass-report or target specific users

Safety First

• Exercise caution when sharing personal information, including your address, workplace, or daily schedule
• Keep conversations on-platform until you feel comfortable with someone
• Meet in public places and inform a trusted person when connecting offline for the first time
• Report suspicious behavior immediately using the in-app report function

Enforcement

Chuapi's moderation team reviews reports of guideline violations. We aim to review reports within 48–72 business hours of submission.

Depending on the severity and history of the violation, enforcement actions may include:

• A warning and content removal
• Temporary account suspension (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement for illegal activity

Appeals

If your account has been suspended and you believe the action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting chuapi.app@gmail.com within 30 days of the suspension with the subject line "Account Appeal." Include your registered email address and a brief explanation of why you believe the suspension should be reversed.

We will respond to appeals within 10 business days. Accounts permanently terminated for serious safety violations — including trafficking, exploitation of minors, or repeated harassment — are not eligible for appeal.
